Public Hearing on Larkspur SMART Station Area Plan DEIR

The City of Larkspur has released its Draft Environmental Impact Report for the Larkspur SMART Station Area Plan and will hold a public meeting on the document. The public has 60 days to review and comment on the Plan DEIR. That period ends June 2,  2014, at 5:00 pm. MCL will be issuing comments on the document.Ross Valley Sanitary corp yard

The Plan area consists of 405 acres and is defined by a combination of the Larkspur municipal boundary and a half-mile radius around the planned Larkspur SMART station, which will be near the end of the Cal Park Hill Tunnel bike path.
