The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) would like to share an event happening on Monday, June 30 that may be of importance to residents interested in transportation-related issues in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Congressman Jared Huffman (D-San Rafael) will host a North Bay Transportation Summit on Monday, June 30 at 6 p.m. at the Petaluma Community Center (see address below). Transportation agency officials will be present to discuss problems facing transportation infrastructure in the North Bay, including ferry expansion as well as the congested Highway 101 Sonoma/Marin Narrows. Mr. Huffman will be joined by representatives from Caltrans, SMART, Golden Gate Bridge Highway and Transportation District, among others.
