MCL Water and Watersheds Speaker Series - Oct. 2014

Meet Marin County’s new Stream Outreach Coordinator Sarah Phillips, who has been on the job for one month, will be our guest speaker. Sarah is working with watershed groups and streamside property owners trying to improve their properties in ways that also benefit creek habitat values. Join us in welcoming Sarah to Marin County.

Originally from the South, Sarah obtained a degree at Sonoma State University in Environmental Studies and Planning, concentrating in Restoration and Conservation with a minor in Biology. Since then she has worked for Petaluma Bounty, a non-profit sustainable farm in Sonoma County;  the Amazon Mycorenewal Project team in Lago Agrio, Ecuador; and most recently as a Restoration Specialist with the Coastal San Luis Resource Conservation District.

Please park in the open-air Tenant/Guest parking lot on the right (west) side of Lindaro Street (not in the front parking lot, which is reserved for building tenants) and cross Lindaro. The conference rooms are just to the left inside the main lobby doors of 750 Lindaro Street.
