The Corte Madera Planning Commission will hold an informational study session to gain a better understanding of the proposed Corte Madera Inn Rebuild Project and land use applications.  The meeting is intended to provide the Planning Commission and the public with an opportunity to better understand the applicant's purpose and need for developing a new hotel at the site of the existing Corte Madera Inn and some of the goals and objectives associated with the proposed site plan, building massing, and design.

The Planning Commission will not take any actions or make any decisions at this meeting.  Public comment will be limited to questions about the information presented by the applicant at the meeting or other questions related to the project intended to help facilitate thoughtful consideration of the proposal.
