Water, Fire, and Mount Tam

Marin Municipal Water District and the Marin County Fire Department are working together on a new effort to strengthen fire hazard reduction on the water district’s lands. The water district is the major landowner on Mt. Tam and the possibility of fire on the mountain is one of our greatest concerns, so this is a timely and important planning effort

All MCL members and guests are welcome without charge at water speaker programs. Co-chairs are Priscilla Bull and Ann Thomas. We welcome our comments and questions.
