MCL Water and Watersheds Committee
From Wastewater to Gray Water: the crucial role of wastewater systems for achieving water supply reliability in a drier climate
Ross Valley Sanitary District (RVSD) General Manager Greg Norby will give a short PowerPoint presentation about the future use of this under-utilized water resource to meet consumer and environmental needs. The RVSD is working with other Marin water agencies on strategies to ensure sufficient water supply despite reduced rainfall. Mr. Norby has worked in nearly all aspects of water resource management throughout California; he previously managed the Mammoth Community Water District where he helped negotiate a settlement to end 20 years of stream flow and water rights litigation on Mammoth Creek.
This program is open without charge to all MCL members and guests. No RSVP required. Committee co-chairs: Priscilla Bull and Ann Thomas
