Overlooking the heart of the beautiful San Geronimo Valley, Roy’s Redwoods Preserve is a perfect place for a quick escape. From the main entrance along Nicasio Valley Road, you enter a picturesque meadow surrounded by sheltering bay trees interspersed with clusters of towering redwoods. These redwoods are among the largest in the county.

We will transport you by van – or meet you at the Trailhead if you choose – walk on easy trails, talk about how the lands were saved, introduce you to plants and wildlife, and enjoy a light snack.
