Learn how food waste from Marin’s restaurants is not only generating energy to partially power the Central Marin Sanitation plant, but also reducing waste to landfill and reducing greenhouse gases.  This innovative public-private program, initially conceived in 2008, is achieving early success as it ramps up. There will be an opportunity for the audience to ask questions after the presentation. Full breakfast buffet included.
