Road and Trail Management Plan

The Marin County Open Space District (MCOSD) has released the Recirculated Draft Tiered Program Environmental Impact Report (RD TPEIR) for the Road and Trail Management Plan (RTMP). The RD TPEIR is available for public review at Marin County Parks, Civic Center Room 260; at public libraries in the county; and online at the district's RTMP webpage.

The MCOSD received numerous comments, including those by MCL on December 2, 2013, on the merits of the RTMP. MCL's previous comments focused both on general issues with the TPEIR and specific impact analyses MCL believed to be missing or incomplete. (Read MCL's 2013 comment letter here.)

MCL's Parks and Open Space Committee will be analyzing the recirculated document with an eye to the responses to our previous comments.
