Comment Period on Larkspur SMART SAP DEiR

The City of Larkspur has released the Larkspur SMART Station Area Plan Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR).
The public has 60 days to review and comment on the Plan DEIR. That period ends June 2,  2014, at 5:00 pm. MCL will be issuing comments on the document.
The Plan area consists of 405 acres and is defined by a combination of the Larkspur municipal boundary and a half-mile radius around the planned Larkspur SMART station, which will be near the end of the Cal Park Hill Tunnel bike path.
