The Law Office of David J. Weinsoff represents plaintiffs in environmental law (principally the California Coastal Act and federal Clean Water and Safe Drinking Water Acts).

David J. Weinsoff is Town of Fairfax council member who has formerly served as Mayor and on the Town Planning Commission. He is a former Marin Conservation League Director and Legal Counsel. He is admitted to the California and New Jersey State Bars.

Publications (as co-author, editor, legal review) include: Environmental Justice:  A Planning Commission Hearing to Consider the Siting of a Household Hazardous Waste Facility; and The Endangered Species Act:  The Case of the Yellow-Backed Rat Skunk (environmental curricula for high school students).
